First Course – Beef Carpaccio, fresh house made grissini, caramelised onion aioli, crispy parmesan
Second Course – Seared Hokkaido scallops, crispy nori, pickled shiitake mushrooms with chilled soba noodles
Third Course – Lamb Shank, beetroot spatzle, roasted vegetables, green pea puree, lamb jus
Fourth Course – Lemon Poppyseed cheesecake, meringue and lemon curd
